Text Box: Border Awareness Experience Opportunity!
The Outreach Ministry at Trinity is investigating the possibility of a border awareness experience (BAE) in late April or early May of 2009. We have looked at several options and are considering working with Annunciation House, a Catholic organization in El Paso, Texas. The objective of the BAE is to facilitate face-to-face meetings and encounters between participants and people on both sides of the border. This is an opportunity to become immersed in an area for 5-7 days where we can listen to different perspectives and opinons about issues such as immigration, economic development, human rights and social justice. If this is of interest to you, please contact Wally Jacobson, Ministry Chair, for more information at 223-2276.

Outreach Offers Help with Mobility!
You may not be aware that Trinity has two wheelchairs, a walker, canes and a crutch for those who may need some assistance with mobility. These aids are located in the storage room just behind the coat room in the narthex. You are welcome to take advantage of them during church services and events. They can also be signed out on a sheet in the Outreach Ministry room for temporary use outside of the church. Please contact Wally Jacobson at 223-2276 if you have any questions.
