Text Box: SUPER BOWL of CARING—February 3rd!!
The youth of Faith Village are on a mission to fight hunger. You can help!! They will join young people in churches across the country in the "souper bowl of caring" to collect money for those who are hungry. Youth in faith village (pre-k through 5th grade) will hold soup pots at the church doors on Super Bowl Sunday, February 3. We are asking each member to drop one dollar in the pot and/or give one can of food. Canned food will be donated locally to the Larimer County Food Bank and dollar donations will be given to the ELCA world hunger appeal!! Please support the youth of our church in this effort to "love our neighbors" by dropping your dollar in the soup pot on February 3rd!! (We welcome food donations of all kinds but items needed most by the food bank are peanut butter, canned dinners, canned tomato products, cereal, and canned fruit)!! Youth will only be outside the doors for the 10:00 service; if you attend another service, please drop your donation in the pot marked "super bowl of caring" in the narthex!!
