Davey and Goliath’s Devotions: For Families on the Go
Celebrating Summer: Take a walk and explore some of the things that are
beginning to bloom and grow at this time of year. As you walk together as a
family, talk about the amazing way that God is always creating new things.
Consider that creation is a “banquet” of God’s love. With permission, cut a few
samples of God’s love shown in creation and create a “banquet bouquet” to bring
home and set on your family’s table.

What we do:

Faith Village --We welcome children age 3 through fifth grade. We use the “One
Room Sunday School” curriculum, which allows us to do a variety of
intergenerational activities. Additionally, children are split into 2-3 groups
as part of class time to do age-specific activities! Any families that would
like to be involved are invited to attend! You don’t have to wait for a new
session to begin to join in the fun! Friends are always welcome to attend!

JAM (Jesus and Me) --Youth Group for 1st—5th Grade - This fun and educational
group enjoys faith lessons, sharing and discussion time, games, and occasional
outside recreational activities. This group meets the 2nd Wednesday of every
month from 5-6:15 pm.

JUMP (Jesus Understand My Parents) JUMP is designed to reach out to families
with young children. It includes baptismal follow up programs such as the
Splash newsletter, and family events.
