Text Box: Ministry Fair-Outreach & Trinity Green

If you would like to find a way to put your faith into action at Trinity, the Outreach and Trinity Green Ministry is for you! Our mission is to lead the congregation in a variety of opportunities where God calls us to serve the needs of people and the earth. We have ongoing monthly service work beneficial to social advocacy, monthly
preparing/serving lunches at the Catholic Charities Northern Mission, annual Trinity Stands with Africa campaign, funds and food for the Food Bank for Larimer County, sale of Fair Trade/Equal Exchange coffee/tea/cocoa products,
Operation Christmas Child, the Alternative
Christmas Giving Fair and much more. We also continue to promote care for creation through our Trinity Green team in areas of recycling,
transportation to church, adult and youth educational forums and our annual Bike/Walk/Carpool to Church event. We invite you to be part of what the Holy Spirit is doing through this ministry!
A Recycling Reminder

Many of you may have noticed the recycling
basket for bulletins in the narthex or the large blue barrel for commingled recyclables in the
fellowship hall. Trinity recycles a variety of
materials including: office paper (kept separate), aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles & jars, tin cans, paperboard and cardboard. In fact, our blue barrel is filling up faster and faster these days and that is a great thing! Please do be
careful to only place items in the barrel that are acceptable for recycling. No paper towels,
tissues, napkins, plates or cups, waxed paper or cardboard or food scraps are to be put in the
barrel. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Wally Jacobson at 223-2276. Thank you Trinity for being such great recyclers and stewards of the earth!
Text Box: Befriend an International Student!

The Fort Collins International Center has
developed and organized The International Program to bring together members of the community and international students at CSU. This program provides the opportunity to make friendships across the world that can last for years. To obtain an application to
become an International Friend, or to
obtain more information, please visit http://www.fortnet.org/intlc/friendship_program.html or contact Lisa Bogdanski 206-4824 or Jean Griswold 484-5954. Information brochures are available at the Trinity Welcome Center!

We’re Thankful for Volunteers
April 27—May 3 is National Volunteer Week. The North Larimer County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans would like to thank
members of Trinity who have given service to their congregation and community through Thrivent Financials Care programs and the Thrivent Builds program. We especially
recognize Trinity’s Congregational Coordinators: Robert Beckman, Stephanie Dugger and Marilyn Morrissey.

It also takes many dedicated individuals
volunteering their time to make a church run smoothly, be it choir, ushers, teachers, altar guild, trustees and the list goes on. What a
difference they all make! We give thanks and praise to God for their efforts as they are a
continual blessing to the church and the
community.

Thank you...thank you...thank you!!!
