Lemay, Fort Collins. (Drake at Lemay) -Blood chemistry analysis $30. -PSA (prostate cancer) blood test $25 -CBC (Blood Count) Screening $15 -Colorectal Cancer screening $20 (kit) Plus 12 free health screenings, including bone density, pulmonary function, vision and oral screening.
